Marty brings 35+ years of Mining field operations, project management and sales experience to Warfab, including intimate knowledge of the maintenance, repair and operation of all dragline designs. Marty also brings extensive international experience to the team.
Nick Liffrig
Business Development Manager
Nick brings over 15 years of experience in Welding Engineering, fabrication, and industrial field services to his role at Warfab. He began his career in engineering supporting heavy industrial operations, where he developed a strong foundation in equipment design, production reporting, and field execution. He went on to build his career in manufacturing and fabrication environments, developing expertise in welding processes, production planning, and project execution, and later moved into leadership roles overseeing fabrication operations.
At Warfab, Nick focuses on business development across industrial services, fabrication, and field maintenance. He works closely with customers to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and support critical operations in industries including mining, oil and gas, power generation, and industrial manufacturing.
Adam Ellaham
Business Development Manager
Adam brings 20 years of service industry experience with a strong track record of driving growth, building high performing teams, and executing in high-pressure environments. His background spans automotive service, industrial operations, and large-scale field service leadership.
Prior to Warfab, Adam led operations across eight locations throughout Florida and Georgia, overseeing more than 150 employees and approximately $120 million in regional revenue. He played a key role in expanding end user service, improving efficiency, and implementing systems that elevated performance across multiple branches.
Adam is known for stepping into complex situations, solving problems others cannot, and delivering results through disciplined execution and work ethic. His expertise includes operations leadership, scaling service businesses, process improvement, team development, and integrating sales with field execution.
At Warfab, Adam focuses on growing industrial and field service maintenance, supporting customers with practical, high impact solutions across multi trade environments, fabrication support, and field service operations.
Adam studied Automotive Technology in Lafayette, Louisiana.
