Mike Mahan, Jr.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings 20+ years of sales and operations experience to Warfab, LLC. The last 17 years have been spent in the Oil and Gas services industry, most recently with B&D Flowback where he served as VP of Operations. Mike is a proud member of the Texas A&M University Class of 2002 where he studied Agricultural Development and was a member of the 1998 Big 12 Football Championship team.

Chris Gearhart

VP of Mining Field Services

Chris brings 20+ years of Dragline Mining field operations, project management and sales experience with Warfab, LLC. Chris has managed numerous major outages including base and hardware replacements, gear case overhauls, alignments, modifications and troubleshooting. 

Craig Travis

Senior Controller

Craig Travis brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to his role as Senior Controller at Warfab, LLC.

Craig began his career as a pipe fitter, demonstrating his hands-on approach and work ethic early on. His passion for business led him to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from St. Leo University. Following his graduation, Craig took the entrepreneurial route, founding and successfully running a medium-sized lawn care company. This venture honed his leadership and management skills, preparing him for the next steps in his career. Transitioning into the corporate world, Craig started as an accountant at an Oil & Gas company, where he further developed his financial acumen. His commitment to continuous learning and professional growth led him to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS). With his MBA in hand, Craig joined Warfab, LLC as Controller in 2023. 

Outside of his professional life, Craig is a family man with five children and six grandchildren. He is an avid supporter of LSU football and baseball, often found cheering on his favorite teams.

Russell Ginn

Executive Chairman

Mr. Ginn has spent the last fifty-seven years in a varied business career, including seventeen years in private equity investing, twenty-one years in oil industry equipment and services, thirteen years in the valve industry, five years in the metal building industry, two years in mortgage banking and real estate development, and eight years practicing Public Accounting.

 Mr. Ginn received a BBA from the University of Houston in 1967 and is a Certified Public Accountant and formerly a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
