Mike Mahan

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike brings 20+ years of sales and operations experience to Warfab. The last 17 years have been spent in the Oil and Gas services industry, most recently with B&D Flowback where he served as VP of Operations. Mike is a proud member of the Texas A&M University Class of 2002 where he studied Agricultural Development and was a member of the 1998 Big 12 Football Championship team.

Scott Wessinger

VP & Chief Financial Officer
Scott has 25+ years of experience in the construction, construction services, and construction materials industries.  He spent the majority of his career in Mobile, Alabama where he served as the CFO for Coastal Builders, a general contractor specializing in the construction of high rise condominiums along the Alabama gulf coast.  Since returning to Texas in 2012 he has served as a financial executive for companies operating in the commercial concrete, telecommunications, and natural gas industries.  Scott graduated from the University of Texas-San Antonio with a BA in Accounting.  He is a CPA, and a veteran of the US Navy.

 

Carlos Castillo

VP of Operations

Carlos is a bilingual operations specialist with 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas services industry. He has managed high profile clients and led projects in the Non-Destructive Examination sector, serving as Operations Manager. Prepared with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, he is passionate about safety and guiding teams towards operational excellence.

Russell Ginn

Executive Chairman

Russell during his career has owned and managed numerous manufacturing and service companies with both domestic and international operations. The latest company was The Flexitallic Group, Inc for which he was the Chairman, President & CEO. Russell is also a co-investor with the private equity group, Freestone Partners, LLC, who through a fund owns controlling interest in Warfab LLC. Russell is a past Chair of The Valve Manufacturers Association, past Chair of Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (“PESA”) and past director of American Petroleum Institute (“API”). He has BBA from the University of Houston.
